Off-Site Dining Arrangements
Group Dining is very popular and enjoyed by attendees. Dallas Meeting Management will take on the task of locating restaurants for you with accurate space for a private function. Sometimes this can be accommodated with a private room and other times taking over the entire restaurant for space and comfort purposes. We'll bring you restaurant or private club recommendations based on food category preference and the per-person budget allotted.
We'll negotiate the best food/beverage costing for you and coordinate with the restaurant management to choose unique dinner menus along with complementary wines.
Transportation from the hotel to the restaurant(s) will be coordinated, reserved and managed by DMM.
Additionally, we'll remain onsite to manage the evening so you can enjoy yourself with a peace of mind.
Detail is everything! We pay very close attention during the planning process to ensure your programs and events are implemented flawlessly.
