initial consultation with you, we'll explore the demographics of your
attending audience and then offer a broad selection of programs for the
participants to enjoy.

Composing unique and memorable experiences for each participant that
they'll rave about long after the meeting, conference or convention is

♦ Event Website: Create a vibrant web page to inform and sell the programs.
♦ Email: Develop targeted electronic messages to promote the guest programs with a link to register online.
♦ Online Registration and Payment: At no additional charge, we will provide the online registration component and manage the RSVP's for you.
♦ Onsite Ticketing:
At your request, we'll be onsite in the registration area to answer
questions, visit with guests and spouses and register them onsite for
their desired program(s)!

"load them on the bus and drop them off"... our gracious staff is a
part of the entire program, as we stay with the group throughout the
day to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment every step of the way.
