We have a two-tier approach when it comes to providing onsite management!
• Front of the House Onsite Staff and Management:
We will only bring experienced industry professionals onsite who are
each responsible for different areas: General Session & AV,
Banquets, Room Setups, Speaker Services, Hotel Room Pickups, Registration Area and
Transportation. • Back of the House "Miracle Workers":
We all know that the hardest work onsite is done quietly behind the
scenes; our staff integrates seamlessly working onsite with your staff!
ADDITIONAL STAFFING NEEDS? WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED!
• Registration Desk: You need somebody sharp, savvy and presentable. You need somebody with confidence and know-how. We've got that person.
• Transportation Staff: The
requirements for dispatching 50 coaches are much different than those
required for somebody who sends off a limo. We understand this
difference, and know that it is SO important to have the right person
in the right position.
• Meet and Greet: Your
attendees' experience begins the moment they step off the plane! Whether we're greeting at the airport or have our staff waiting to say "hello" at the hotel when they arrive, want each attendee to feel welcome, safe and comfortable every step of the way.
• Translators: If you have any international guests attending the meeting and require translators, we will assist you in locating, selecting and staffing translators per your specification.
