How do we work?
Well, for starters, we're going to save you a lot on costs because you pay us a project fee to manage and execute services. We believe in open communication between the client and service vendors; this ensures that only informed decisions are made throughout the planning process and also encourages creativity.
When you work with us, everything is on the table...no hidden charges and no surprises!

Here's our process:

• Once you've confirmed the services we're providing, we reach out only to the vendors who best fit your specifications.
We procure the initial costing, negotiate with the vendor and then send you our suggestions.
To maintain the integrity of your internal budget and legal processes, you sign the contracts and you remit payment to the vendor.
We manage the planning, logistics and implementation of everything we've been contracted to do from that juncture.

We become your external partner in NYC and represent your company or organization with utmost respect in the marketplace.
