It is important to provide expedient and accurate registration services for registered VIP’s and Speakers
attending the Conference. DMM GROUP, Inc. has a proven track record of successfully working with this specific audience
in a respectful and efficient manner.

With regard to registering this niche of participants, we have learned through experience the best method is to coordinate
and manage close communication with each Speaker in order to obtain accurate information and scheduling.
We always suggest a separate database is kept for VIP, Executive and Speaker information.

The Website is your "information hub" and the most powerful communication tool for sharing information with participants.
As such, the website becomes the one-stop resource area for Conference Information and may include:
Schedules and Events, Speaker Information, Conference Programs, Housing and Travel Information
While online, participants are able to:
  • Register for the Conference, Meeting or Event
  • Register for Housing
  • Register for Special Events (as applicable)
  • Register for Spouse and Guest Programs
  • Confirm Session and Event attendance (as applicable)
